What we collect

When you send a brief through the contact form we receive the details you enter: name, email, company or brand, project type, filming location, budget range and your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run the project you ask us about. We do not sell or rent your details and do not use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our team workspace on Google Chat (Google LLC) and may be copied to our business email. The website runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). These providers may process data outside Vietnam under their own security commitments.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to answer your enquiry and any project that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without cookies. Analytics (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) load only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing vy@rollingaction.net. We reply within 72 hours, in line with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
